Job description

Looking for Flexible, Meaningful Part-Time Opportunities?
What is Papa?
Papa is a service that connects caring individuals with older adults and families who are seeking non-medical support with everyday tasks and companionship.
Papa Pals choose when and whether to accept visits, while providing support that truly improves peopleโ€™s lives.
This opportunity is ideal for anyone seeking part-time engagement with control over their schedule โ€” whether youโ€™re balancing another job, school, caregiving, or personal commitments. No professional caregiving experience is required โ€” just a passion for helping others.
Visits can include:
 - Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.
 - Non-Medical Companionship: Engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or simply spend quality time together.
 - In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as, tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
 - Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
Why you should become a Papa Pal:
 - Pay: Earn up to $22/hr* based on visit type and location (typical earnings range from $13-$17/hr with opportunities for bonuses)
 - Flexibility: Choose which visits to accept and work when it fits your life
 - Purpose: Start the year strong by making a lasting difference in someoneโ€™s life
Requirements:
 - 21 years of age or older
 - Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license
 - Must complete a background check
 - Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
 - Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements
Join Papaโ€™s network of compassionate individuals and start creating meaningful connections with older adults and families in your area today!
*Subject to availability and eligibility; actual earnings vary depending on the visit type and location.
Papa Pals are engaged as independent contractors, who chose when and whether to accept visits, not employees of Papa, Inc.
