Description
Graphic Designer & Digital Asset Manager
(Part-time 20-30 hrs/week)

Portland, Oregon
Who We Are:
Children's Cancer Association was founded in 1995 by the Ellis family after their five-year-old daughter, Alexandra, died of cancer. Their goal was to create something extraordinary: an organization with a new vision for what pediatric cancer support services look like. Today, the JoyRx Mentorship, Nature, and Music programs reach thousands of hospitalized children of all ages and diagnoses. Our programs reach children where they are - and make their tough days a little brighter.
Simply put - joy helps sick kids feel better.

โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams, including Development colleagues, to ensure consistent branding across all communication channels, donor programs, and publications.
Digital Asset Library Management
โ€ข Create, organize, and maintain CCA's digital asset library
โ€ข Tag, catalog, and archive photography and creative assets for easy retrieval
โ€ข Maintain photo release documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
โ€ข Upload and organize photography and on-demand content assets
โ€ข Support internal teams in locating and utilizing approved assets efficiently
On Demand content publication
โ€ข Support internal On Demand programs team to publish video content to our JoyRx Music channels on YouTube, adding thumbnail images, SEO keywords and video descriptions in accordance with brand communications team.
