Overview
At La Vida Llena, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy a vibrant and engaging environment with opportunities for creative, educational, and personal exploration. Our welcoming campus offers resort-style amenities and a full continuum of care including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to provide flexible front desk coverage while delivering a warm, professional, and service-focused experience for residents, guests, and team members.
Schedule: Varies - we're a 365/24/7 business and are looking for someone who has flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / hr DOE
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed by greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist residents and visitors with questions, directions, and general needs while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Support clerical tasks such as mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining front desk organization.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access and following community procedures.
