About Our Family:

We are a busy family navigating significant life transitions and are looking for an experienced and dependable family assistant to help keep our household running smoothly. Our two boys, ages 8 and 7, are energetic and loving, each with their own unique needs that benefit from specific attention and support. We prioritize fostering their independence while providing a warm, stable, and cheerful presence to help support us emotionally and practically. We also have a large Scottish Deerhound in the mix, so comfort around large dogs is a must. Our school schedule is unique, with a break every couple of months. During these times we enjoy traveling, but if we are home we may occasionally need extra support with the kids. With previous family assistant experience, you will notice the little things that need attention and manage them without constant direction. We value someone who is detail-oriented, self-managed, and takes initiative. A high emotional intelligence (EQ) is crucial for handling family dynamics, and we're looking for someone who is tech-savvy to help optimize our calendar and household systems.
