Role Overview:
Drive early-stage revenue growth by converting high-intent inbound demand into qualified opportunities while shaping how organizations evaluate modern customer experience technology. This role plays a critical part in engaging French-speaking prospects, ensuring high-quality interactions that build trust and accelerate decision-making. At Genesys, we enable organizations to deliver empathetic, AI-powered experiences through the Genesys Cloud platform, and this position is essential in connecting with global customers from the very first interaction.

You will own the strategic qualification of inbound leads, particularly across French-speaking markets, and identify growth opportunities within target accounts. Partnering closely with sales and marketing, you will improve conversion rates and structure the early stages of the sales cycle. This role provides direct exposure to international sales initiatives and builds a strong foundation for future direct sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads, including French-speaking prospects, into qualified opportunities to accelerate pipeline growth
  • Conduct consultative conversations in both French and English to uncover business needs and decision drivers
  • Align customer needs with Genesys Cloud capabilities to drive measurable value
  • Deliver impactful demonstrations tailored to both French-speaking and English-speaking audiences
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless opportunity handoff and maintain pipeline momentum
  • Expand engagement within target accounts by building relationships with international stakeholders
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics, including conversion rates and responsiveness
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to accelerate deal progression and deepen customer relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, with the ability to lead complex business conversations in both languages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience including military service
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage international professional audiences

Compensation:
