Who We are looking for:
The Events & Promotions Representative supports casino promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience and drive player engagement. This is an on-call, part-time position, with hours varying based on business needs, promotions, and special events. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced gaming and entertainment environment.
What is expected of You:
  • Execute and support the successful implementation of casino promotions, giveaways, drawings, tournaments, and special events in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Register and verify player participation by accurately collecting and entering attendance for cardholders into the casino management system for promotions, gift giveaways, drawings, and special events.
  • Assist guests with promotional kiosks and self-service technology, providing guidance and resolving issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and providing accurate information regarding promotions, events, and casino offerings.
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally, escalating matters when appropriate to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the Events & Promotions Manager, Supervisors, and Coordinators with hosting and emceeing promotional events, announcements, drawings, and prize presentations.
  • Support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of on-site and off-site marketing promotions and special events.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current and upcoming promotions, events, and player rewards programs to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Ensure promotional areas are organized, stocked, and prepared prior to the start of events while maintaining company presentation standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, internal controls, and applicable gaming regulations while conducting promotional activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Player Development, Casino Operations, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of promotional events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience You will need:
  • 6+ months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and people skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with guests.
  • Ability to learn new systems, promotions, and procedures.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work well with guests, team members, and other departments.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work an on-call, part-time schedule based on business needs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events is required.
  • Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or public speaking experience is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed for event setup or marketing materials.
  • Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, casino environment with varying levels of lighting and temperature.
  • Occasional travel within the region may be required for offsite promotions or training.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range:
  • $17.10-$27.00
