Job description

Prior experience with dental billing/insurance accounts receivable required! Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

POSITION DETAILS:
  • Location: Frankel & Puhl Dentistry - 4359 Keystone Dr, Maumee, OH 43537
  • Schedule: This position is full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Salary Range: $20 - $25/HR
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 170+ locations across the Northeast (and growing!).

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike
  • Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
  • Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones as needed, and responding to emails
  • All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience with dental billing/insurance AR (PPO)
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude
