Short-Term RN Opportunity - Support Nursing Teams During Epic Go-Live

ChristianaCare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide real-time Epic support during our systemwide Electronic Health Record System launch. This role is ideal for RNs who enjoy teaching, supporting colleagues, and earning extra income during the fall season.

What You'll Do

  • Provide bedside Epic navigation support to nursing teams and interdisciplinary clinicians.
  • Assist with documentation, medication workflows, order review, results viewing, patient movement, and worklist navigation.
  • Help staff locate tools and complete workflow steps in Epic.
  • Capture and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams.
  • Reinforce training, tip sheets, and best practices.
  • Participate in shift huddles and collaborate with unit leadership and super users.
