eCommerce Product Processor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a self motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce product processor to upload and edit photos on our website platform. We are looking for results-driven by sales to optimize and improve our ecommerce platforms.

This role is responsible for overseeing product listings on our eCommerce platform ,uploading photos of products, editing photos, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is able to be efficient and timely, ensuring accuracy and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform (e.g., product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates)

  • Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and keywords

  • Selecting items from the floor to add to the website (over $20)

  • Ensure accurate and timely listing processing

  • Maintain brand consistency across all items

  • Minimum of 8 photos per product

  • Depict Products accurately, accounting for any flaws

  • Minimum of 20 items added in an hour

Requirements:

  • Follow the store standards for organization of the social media room and implementation of the processes for collection and maintenance of products used for posts.

  • Use of store cell phone for all editing, scheduling of posts, responses, photo taking, and downloading of apps. The business cell phone is not to be used for personal use (music,personal apps). This cell phone will not leave the premises, will be plugged in to charge at the end of each shift and store standards for personal cell phone use will be followed.

  • Store standards for professional business casual dress will be followed

  • All communication about scheduling and time-off will be done through WhentoWork as per store standards

  • This position is in-store.

  • Minimum of 10 hours a week.
