Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end-users
- Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up and troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN, and other network protocols
- Support Linux and Windows Server environments
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and resolve user requests
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their IT issues
- Provide desktop support for software installations, upgrades, and patches

Requirements:

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
