About the Role
ShelfGenie is growing quickly, and we are looking for a SHG Glideout Designer to help meet increasing client demand. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, develop custom storage solutions, and guide them through a thoughtful design experience. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys helping people, managing a steady flow of client work, and delivering high-quality solutions within a supportive team environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and recommend custom storage solutions
  • Create tailored glideout designs that align with client goals, product specifications, and installation requirements
  • Educate clients on product options, features, and benefits using samples and design tools
  • Guide clients through the design and sales process, from initial consultation through follow-up
  • Maintain accurate client information, design details, and project documentation in company systems
  • Build strong client relationships through reliable follow-through and a high-quality customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal partners to support smooth project handoffs and consistent execution
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to build trust with clients through clear communication and dependable follow-through
  • Comfort balancing client interaction with detailed design and documentation work
