MDG is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join the team!

The Senior Designer brings a passion for everything design, generating ideas, and helping move the agency forward. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver across digital and print mediums who thrives in a collaborative environment where great work is built together and every voice contributes to the outcome.

We currently follow a hybrid model of Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesday - Thursday in our Boca Raton, FL office.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative solutions for complex marketing projects
  • Conceptualize creative solutions, including traditional, digital, and social media, for a variety of clients within multiple verticals
  • Write compelling headlines and execute the concepts visually
  • Develop and maintain client branding guidelines and design standards
  • Execute day-to-day work while working on larger conceptual projects
  • Create Website mockups from scratch and from pre-existing templates
  • Manage multiple fast-paced projects efficiently
  • Assist with presentations to existing and new clients
  • Understand the client\'s business, vision, and goals
  • Track time, projects and communication through our project management system
Skills
  • Possess a pixel-level attention to detail and a strong design sense, with an eye for typography, composition, and color
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Be a team player, working collaboratively with agency team to meet deadlines
  • Skilled in image manipulation and color correction
  • Proficient in video editing and motion graphics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, or graphic art is preferred.
  • 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
