Job description

Position Summary

Supports the Communications Department by assisting with the creation, organization, and maintenance of visual design materials used across digital and print platforms. Works under the guidance of the Graphic Design Team Lead to help develop visuals that support organizational messaging, campaigns, and outreach efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in graphic design or visual communications. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating basic graphic design materials such as social media graphics, flyers, and digital visuals
  • Support organization and management of design files, drafts, and final assets
  • Assist with revisions and updates to design materials as directed
