Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Miami, FL. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for digital and print channels, including social media content, website graphics, packaging, and promotional materials. The role involves developing and refining brand visuals, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into cohesive designs, and maintaining consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for campaigns, preparing files for production, iterating on feedback, and keeping brand guidelines up to date. The Graphic Designer will also support new product launches with packaging concepts, logo treatments, and visual storytelling that reflect Finnsul’s wellness-focused mission.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality Graphics across digital and print formats.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
  • Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy, and readability.
  • Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or Figma).
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and brand-aligned design work, preferably in consumer products, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Ability to take projects from concept to final execution, manage multiple deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering with marketing, product, and leadership teams on-site.
  • Preferred: Experience with packaging design, basic motion graphics, or video/social media asset creation.
