POSITION OVERVIEW
Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks Senior Analytics Analyst - Logistic Data & Analytics in Kernersville, NC to act as core individual contributor in cross-functional projects that drive new analytical capabilities through data-driven decision-making processes & outcomes. Develop solutions that allow for collection, processing, and analysis of logistics data across various cloud platforms, ensuring data security, compliance, and accessibility. Utilize cloud-based analytics and predictive modeling to identify trends, while optimizing logistic operational capabilities. In partnership with leadership, help in evaluating & implementing the latest analytics tools and technologies, prioritizing cloud-based solutions that offer scalability, reliability, and real-time data processing capabilities. Act as core liaison between the Global Logistics function and other business units, ensuring alignment on analytical strategic initiatives. Directly contribute to the development & direct integration of cloud technology solutions within the logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring they are leveraged to their full potential for analytics and decision-making. Provide off-hours support for EMEA and APAC to ensure business reporting uptime & proper SLA's are met - on call on weekends and holidays. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Must be in office 3 days per week.

SALARY:
$82,160 - $105,000/yr.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or closely related. Must have 3 years of experience with all of the following: driving complex solutioning & delivery of analytics solutions through scalable reporting automation with minimal supervision; experience with SQL & Python knowledge with demonstrated use of common BI Visualization Platforms such as QlikSense, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools; and Project management (including prioritization and organization) with experience helping leadership influence key business stakeholders to drive positive outcomes. Must have 2 years of experience with all of the following: cloud based analytical platform implementations & capabilities (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP); leveraging cloud-based integration technologies for ETL/ELT process & data transformation; modern cloud-based solution architecture data platform concepts; and Microsoft Office, WMS, and relational databases and ERP systems including SAP.
