Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team on an immediate basis. This is an urgent hiring requirement, and we are actively prioritizing candidates based in Elizabeth, NJ.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and managing business and data requirements across projects. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and data requirements for ongoing and new projects
• Analyze business models, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure effective communication
• Understand project vision, scope, and objectives for new systems, services, and software solutions
• Support testing, implementation, and production support phases of the project lifecycle
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization
