We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Peoria.

This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities will include assisting customers at the front desk, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, following up with prospective customers, and supporting our sales team with customer communication.

This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking for a flexible part-time position in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with general questions and appointment scheduling
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Assist the sales team with customer communication and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate customer information and notes within our system
  • Provide front desk coverage and general administrative support as needed
  • Perform additional customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
