Engagement Overview

The Creative Director defines and stewards Indagare's brand identity, visual world, and creative standards across marketing channels. This engagement ensures coherence of taste, storytelling, and design while enabling a high-velocity creative pipeline supported by in-house resources. The Creative Director partners closely with the CMO, Editorial leadership, and fractional creative talent to build a distinctive brand and creative assets that reinforces Indagare's positioning, desirability, and authority in luxury travel.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee the evolution and maintenance of Indagare’s brand guidelines, ensuring they remain relevant in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
  • Lead the conceptualization and production of innovative campaigns and creative assets, with a focus on digital and social excellence
  • Drive the creative strategy for groundbreaking marketing campaigns across all channels and mediums
  • Work across the business to optimize resources, budgets, and schedules, ensuring the team delivers at the highest standard without compromising agility.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to drive innovation and creative excellence
  • Communicate vision and feedback effectively—verbally, written, and visually—to stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to elevate creative without slowing down velocity; comfortable empowering in-house talent to execute
  • Comfortable in high-context, cross-functional creative processes with multiple stakeholders (Product, Editorial and Marketing)
  • Curiosity about travel, culture, design, and storytelling; a marketer’s instinct and a strategist's clarity
  • Low-ego collaborator who balances conviction with openness; able to offer critique that moves work forward
