ABOUT YOU:
As an SEO Specialist, the primary focus will be on optimizing and aligning SEO strategies to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. The role aims to deliver measurable results, enhance website visibility, and ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
You will work closely with the Agency Manager and other digital marketing specialists to ensure our clients receive a seamless experience across marketing channels. This role is client-facing and demands an individual who can articulate SEO strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own SEO performance Strategy: Demonstrate the ability to quickly assess underperforming SEO programs for the team, identify root-cause issues (technical, content, authority, or conversion), and implement a plan prioritized fixes that show measurable improvement in rankings, organic traffic, and lead quality.
  • Define optimization framework and accountability:Adapt a documented, repeatable SEO process that includes baseline audits, clear success metrics, ongoing health checks, and action plans-ensuring SEO strategies are continuously adjusted based on data, competitive movement, and client performance, not left static after launch.
  • Performance Tracking: Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms to measure and report on the performance of Google Ad campaigns.
  • Local Search Optimization: Advanced understanding of local search and Google Business Profile claiming and optimization.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a client-facing expert, discussing SEO strategies in a clear and understandable way.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Agency Manager and other digital marketing specialists to deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of these tools to enhance client campaigns and strategies.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports to showcase results and provide recommendations to clients.
  • In-Bound Marketing: Experience with behavioral/in-bound marketing is a plus, including setting up automations.
Skills & Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO management, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs.
  • Advanced understanding of local search and Google Business Profile claiming and optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
