What We’re Looking For:

Cloud9 is looking for a talented Partnerships Coordinator (Part-time, Contract to Hire) to assist our Partnerships Managers with daily operations of our partnerships programs. Our ideal candidate will have prior partnership experience with a proven track record of successful data reporting, analytics, and exceptional customer service.

This role will report to the Director of Partnerships and work closely with the Cloud9 Marketing, Content, Social, Sales, and Team Operations teams.

This is a part-time (under 30 hours/week), contract to hire position through October 30, 2026, with the potential to transition into a Full-Time Employee role. A formal evaluation will take place prior to this date to determine potential full-time conversion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside Partnerships Managers to support daily operations of large-scale programs and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Social, Sales, and Team Operations, to support partnerships initiatives.
  • Support Partnerships Managers with gathering and analyzing data needed to complete monthly reports and other one-off reports on partnerships campaigns.
  • Manage quality assurance documentation to ensure partners are receiving branding across player channels.
  • Optimize our data-gathering processes, introducing automation and smarter workflows where necessary to maximize efficiency, save time, and eliminate manual reporting errors.
  • Provide input and feedback to help improve ongoing program development efforts, ensuring our partnership workflows become more efficient over time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in an external client-facing/customer service role.
  • Must be local to LA or willing to relocate to LA.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Flexible and able to work a nontraditional 9 to 5 work schedule.
  • Familiar with esports and multiple gaming titles.
  • Requires active listening skills with an emphasis on understanding. The artful ability to deliver clear and logical thoughts in response.
  • High growth-oriented mindset with a strong internal need for achievement.
  • Confidence in your own ability while recognizing the views and perspectives around you as additive to your understanding.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication, highly organized with multitasking skills.
