Contract Manager
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Contract Manager to support Prosegur’s U.S. and Canadian sales and business development processes across our hybrid security model.
This role will play a critical part in reviewing, redlining and negotiating client and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with legal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial contracting within service-based environments, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple business lines and stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with operations and the sales team to support growth, compliance, and client retention.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Review, redline and negotiate a high volume of client contracts, amendments, renewals across all Prosegur service lines
- Identify and escalate contractual risks, including liability exposure, indemnification, insurance requirements
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, including where applicable:
- appropriate corporate compliance terms and risk allocation
- align contractual terms with operational capabilities
- Manage, organize and electronically archive legal documents
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support contract review workflow and meet deadlines
- Partner with operations to ensure contracts align with pricing and scope of work provisions
- Drive consistency in contract language, terms, and approval workflows
- Assist in developing scalable processes to support rapid growth and multi-site client expansion
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial contracting
- Experience supporting service-based or operationally complex organizations
- Strong working knowledge of contract structures, legal terminology, and risk allocation principles
- Part-Time - 4 hours / day, Monday – Friday, during business hours
Preferred
- Experience within security services, technology services, or facilities management
- Exposure to multi-state or multi-site service operations
