Job description

Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Contract Manager to support Prosegur’s U.S. and Canadian sales and business development processes across our hybrid security model.

This role will play a critical part in reviewing, redlining and negotiating client and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with legal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial contracting within service-based environments, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple business lines and stakeholders.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with operations and the sales team to support growth, compliance, and client retention.

Note, the hiring manager is not hiring an attorney for this position. Additionally, applicants should include their hourly rate expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Review, redline and negotiate a high volume of client contracts, amendments, renewals across all Prosegur service lines
  • Identify and escalate contractual risks, including liability exposure, indemnification, insurance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, including where applicable:
  • appropriate corporate compliance terms and risk allocation
  • align contractual terms with operational capabilities
  • Manage, organize and electronically archive legal documents

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to support contract review workflow and meet deadlines
  • Partner with operations to ensure contracts align with pricing and scope of work provisions
  • Drive consistency in contract language, terms, and approval workflows
  • Assist in developing scalable processes to support rapid growth and multi-site client expansion

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial contracting
  • Experience supporting service-based or operationally complex organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of contract structures, legal terminology, and risk allocation principles
  • Part-Time - 4 hours / day, Monday – Friday, during business hours

Preferred

  • Experience within security services, technology services, or facilities management
  • Exposure to multi-state or multi-site service operations
