Article Student Living is looking for a Part-Time Porter to join our maintenance team to ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of our community. You will ensure our established standards for the property. As a luxury housing community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are high. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with the other maintenance and property staff.
The pay for this Part-Time Porter position is $16.37per hour, plus shared renewal commission
