Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Clerical Assistant to join our food service team at Lake Washington School District in Redmond, Washington. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, helping to manage onboarding processes and maintain employee records. Other responsibilities include tracking attendance and compliance, supporting employee communications, and providing overall administrative coordination for the team. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service excellence, proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. This is a part-time, on-site role.

What You'll Do
  • Support employee onboarding, including I-9 verification and record maintenance 
  • Maintain accurate personnel files, HR documentation, and compliance/training records
  • Track attendance and prepare related documentation
  • Monitor Food Handler Permits and ensure completion of required certifications
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Coordinate uniforms, recognition activities, reports, communications, and departmental projects
