Job Summary

As the 9th largest automotive dealership in the United States we are looking for an Internal Claims Administrator Intern who is excited to help in the companies growth and assist in managing claims filed under our Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Property Insurance.
The Ken Garff Automotive Group is currently looking for an Insurance Claim Specialist Intern that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, growth, honesty and teamwork.
What will make you successful: Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key to success in this role. In addition, previous experience working in any facet of the insurance and claims process will greatly help you in this role.
Core Responsibility: Part-time 20-30 Hours per week. Learning to manage and resolve the insurance claims filed under our Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Property Insurance.
Day to Day activities:
  • Help manage the claims intake process through our online Insurance Portal

  • Learn to interact with care providers, claimants, insurance adjusters, and brokers to resolve claims

  • Liaison between Corporate Risk Management team and the local dealership personnel for insurance claims.

  • Data entry and analysis

  • Report building
