Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications and SkillsBACB Certification in good standing.Behavior Specialist License is required.Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).Salary:W2 employees. Matrix covers up to 72% of your health premium and up to 60% dental premium. Our active partnerships are as follows: Capella University, Chicago School of Psychology, and Purdue Global.Responsibilities and DutiesConduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties:Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments.Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.Collect data during each session with the clientreduction of challenging behaviors--aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.Provide role model appropriate behaviors.Provide clinical support to direct care staff.Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner. Experience:Relevant: 1 year (Required)Education:Master's (Required)Certifications and Licenses:BCBAMust have one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC or Licensed PsychologistJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeStaff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.
