Part-Time Field Marketing Representative


Militello Painting & Powerwashing is looking for a reliable, motivated person to help grow our local marketing program.


This is a field-based role. You’ll be out in local neighborhoods helping us create visibility through flyers, door hangers, yard signs, local events, and community outreach.

This is a good fit for someone who likes being active, enjoys working independently, and is interested in learning more about marketing, sales, or business development.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver flyers and door hangers in targeted neighborhoods
  • Place and track yard signs in approved areas
  • Follow assigned maps, routes, and daily priorities
  • Track activity using a GPS/app-based system
  • Take photos and send daily recaps of completed work
  • Support local events, home shows, or community outreach when needed
  • Represent Militello professionally in the community
  • Help identify strong neighborhoods for future marketing efforts
