  • Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
  • Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:
  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
  • CPR Certification required
  • Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
