  • Exercise sound editorial judgment, particularly when reporting injury information and sensitive game day developments.
  • Be available for the full game day broadcast window, from pre-game preparation through the completion of post-game coverage.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in live sports broadcasting, sideline reporting, or sports journalism; radio broadcast experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of professional football, NFL rules, and game situations.
  • Exceptional live, unscripted communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling reports under time pressure.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with coaches and players and conduct professional interviews in high-pressure, time-constrained moments.
  • Comfort working within live broadcast production workflows, including producer cues and tight segment windows.

Work Conditions
  • This is a game day position; hours include nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the NFL schedule.
  • Work is performed at field level in an active stadium environment with exposure to crowds, noise, and all-weather conditions.
  • Requires standing, walking, and moving along the sideline for the duration of the game.
  • Requires travel with the team to all away games, including overnight stays as dictated by the NFL schedule; travel arrangements and expenses will be addressed in the services agreement.
