Communication is key—regular check-ins, shared project management tools, and clear documentation help align your design work with the broader goals of the company. You'll typically participate in brainstorming sessions, provide design feedback, and present your concepts to stakeholders for input and approval. Flexibility and proactive communication are essential to stay in sync, given the reduced hours and potential for remote collaboration.
