Job description

Position: Billing and Payroll Specialist (BPS)
Supervised By: Agency Director
Qualifications:
1. Compliance with ComForCare bonding criteria.
2. Eighteen years of age or older, with U.S. citizenship and/or equivalent employment
eligibility authorization.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, co-workers, and
all supervisors.
4. High school diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly recommended.
5. At least 3 years experience in administrative capacities, with experience relevant to finance
and data entry.
5. Strong customer service skills.
6. Strong computer skills.
7. Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines and with appropriate prioritization.
Routine Duties:
1. The Billing and Payroll Specialist will share responsibility for payroll and billing with the
Agency Director.
2. Key Responsibility are as follows:
a. Conduct an organized approach to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll and billing.
b. Agency communication and correspondence with official agencies including LTC
insurance companies, workers comp insurance companies, medical companies, etc...
c. Enter in all employee payroll data into the payroll system.
d. File all invoices and timesheets in the corresponding client files.
e. Complete garnishment forms, mail and file as needed.
