Commercial Express HVAC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with multiple departments.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and send customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Create, maintain, and manage client accounts and billing records.
