Part-Time Medical Biller (Optometry Office)
Fredericksburg, VA

We are seeking a part-time Medical Biller to join our busy and growing optometry practice. The ideal candidate will have medical billing experience (optometry billing experience preferred) and a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 2530 hours per week

  • Full time hours may be available for the right candidate

  • Pay: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience

  • Location: In-office position (not remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims

  • Review and post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials

  • Manage patient billing and balances with professionalism and accuracy

  • Maintain compliance with billing regulations and office policies

  • Work closely with our team to ensure timely revenue cycle management

Qualifications:
