Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Float
We are looking for a Spanish/English-speaking employee to help maintain our pediatric therapy clinic. We are looking for a part-time applicant able to work around 20 to 25 hours per week. This position is one in which you will be responsible for cleaning, decorating, organizing, volunteer management, translating, answering phones, scheduling clients, and watching for safety issues at a pediatric therapy clinic.
You must be able to work Saturdays from 8:15 to 2:30 for this position. We are also open during the week from 7:45 to 6:30, and sometimes you will be asked to open and other times to close.

โ€ข Answering phones
โ€ข Cleaning/Organizing toys and surfaces
โ€ข Filing
โ€ข Translating Spanish & English
โ€ข Assisting therapists with therapy services as needed
โ€ข Directing and managing our volunteer program
โ€ข Front desk tasks
โ€ข Answering phones
โ€ข Data Entry - Inputting new clients into our system
Qualifications
โ€ข Good Organizational skills
โ€ข Fluency in English and Spanish
โ€ข You must be punctual and dependable
