Run the Floor. Build the Pipeline. Grow Your Career.

Midway Staffing — one of the fastest-growing light industrial staffing firms in the country — is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to be the face of our team at a key client site in Wheeling, IL. If you love fast-paced, people-first work and you're fluent in both English and Spanish, this overnight role puts you right where the action is.

You'll own day-to-day staffing operations on-site: recruiting and screening talent, onboarding new hires, approving timecards, and keeping both the client and your associates set up to win. No two nights are the same, and your problem-solving will keep the whole operation moving.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit and build the pipeline — source, screen, and interview light industrial talent (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, production) to keep the client fully staffed every shift.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and associates — answering questions, resolving issues, and building trust.
  • Review resumes, assess qualifications, and match top candidates to open roles based on client needs.
  • Own the onboarding process end to end: background checks, new-hire paperwork, and first-day logistics for a smooth, welcoming start.
  • Process and approve timecards accurately to support timely, error-free payroll.
  • Run regular check-ins with associates and the client to drive satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing strategy and workforce planning.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
  • Recruiting experience — required (staffing agency experience strongly preferred).
  • 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport fast with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organization and the ability to juggle priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfort conducting in-person and phone interviews with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Suite; ATS experience a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — strong working solo and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Why Midway Staffing

  • Competitive pay — $24.50/hr plus quarterly bonus potential, paid weekly.
  • Real career growth — with offices in over 30 states across the US, the only limit on your advancement is yourself! Clear pathways for progression in a rapidly expanding company.
  • Paid, hands-on training built to set you up for long-term success.
  • Full benefits — medical, dental, vision, life/AD amp;D, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
