Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level bilingual recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Fontana, CA. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Hourly Rate:  $20 - $24/hr
