Bilingual Receptionist
We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a respected law firm environment while developing administrative and office management skills.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, maintains a professional demeanor, values confidentiality, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests, directing them to the appropriate staff member or meeting location.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards for client service and privacy.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, legal documents, and courier deliveries.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of office documents, ensuring timely and secure handling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms.
  • Assist with office opening and closing procedures.
  • Support office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding maintenance, deliveries, and equipment needs.
  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
