Job description

Bilingual HR & Admin Assistant | Midlothian, VA | In-Person

Cross Creek has been rooted in this community since 1974-growing gardens, landscapes, and the people behind them. Our team of 200+ is the heartbeat of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it.

If you're bilingual in Spanish and English and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to meet you.


The Role

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Midlothian nursery. You'll be the go-to person for HR and administrative support-helping new hires get started, keeping records organized, and making sure our team members (especially Spanish-speakers) always have someone in their corner.

No HR degree required. We'll teach you what you need to know.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Welcome and onboard new team members
  • Help employees navigate benefits enrollment and questions
  • Keep HR records and documentation up to date
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping
  • Bridge communication for our Spanish-speaking employees
  • Pitch in with general office tasks as needed
