Full-time Bilingual Litigation Paralegal needed for a fast-paced personal injury law firm. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (no nights/weekends). Competitive salary, benefits, and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings
  • Assist with trial preparation, depositions, and mediations
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses

Requirements
  • 2+ years litigation paralegal or insurance claims adjustor/subrogation experience
  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation helpful
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
  • Experience with case management software (Filevine a plus but not required)
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
