Direct Mail Solutions (DMS), a full-service mail company in Richmond, VA, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle recruiting and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of employment.Salary: $60,000-$80,000 Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401(k); because we believe in taking care of our team, on and off the clock.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies. You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and onboarding new hires.You'll be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates to ensure a strong fit.
