Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting customers with insurance-related inquiries associated with auto loans and leases. This is a fully remote opportunity offering paid training, career growth, and the potential for permanent employment.

This is not a sales or collections role. Representatives provide information, assist with problem resolution, and help customers meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with insurance-related questions and documentation requirements.
  • Contact insurance providers to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
  • Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines.
  • Leave professional voicemail messages when necessary.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, including:
    • Call center
    • Retail
    • Hospitality/restaurant
    • Office support
    • Administrative or data entry environments
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day.
  • Positive attitude and ability to meet performance expectations.
Preferred:
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer support or service-related background.
Training

Paid training is provided during the first three weeks and includes:

  • Classroom instruction
  • Job shadowing
  • Guided call handling

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Candidates must successfully complete a performance assessment at the conclusion of training.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
