Job description

Assists residents with benefits coordination and social service needs. This role would include helping residents contact the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), assisting with Medicaid renewals, completing and submitting required paperwork, and providing general guidance on public assistance programs and eligibility requirements.

The ideal candidate would have experience in social services, Medicaid enrollment/renewals, benefits advocacy, and working directly with residents who may need assistance navigating these systems. Candidate must be well-spoken and well-written as they will primarily be communicating with the community.

Part time schedule is 20 hours/week.
