Job Title: Behavior Technician
Location: North Carolina; Home and Community Settings

About the Role
The ABA Technician is responsible for providing one-to-one or small group treatment interventions to consumers in home and/or community settings under the direction of the BCBA and Senior BCBA on their team. This role focuses on delivering direct behavioral support services to improve outcomes for consumers. This is a part-time position working 10–25 hours per week depending on client needs.

Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one ABA treatment interventions in home and community settings
• Deliver small group treatment interventions as assigned
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA and Senior BCBA
• Follow individualized treatment plans and data collection protocols
• Collect and document accurate behavioral data during sessions
• Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBA and Senior BCBA
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions
• Participate in required supervision and training activities
• Ensure client safety and confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Completion of at least 40 hours of training as defined within the RBT Task List developed by the BACB (training provided)
• Completion of the RBT Competency Assessment upon completion of training and annually thereafter
• Successful completion of the RBT Examination administered through Pearson Professional Center sites
