If you often walk into a room full of strangers and walk out with three new connections, this role was built for you. If you're the type of person who can sell an idea, build trust quickly, and turn a cold introduction into a long-term relationship, we want to meet you.
As a part of our growing team, you'll play a key role in driving new client acquisition, building partnerships and positioning our agency as a strategic partner for leading brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the intersection of brand, design and business strategy. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful and measurable impact through design.
Requirements
Responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners, turning initial conversations into lasting partnerships
  • Represent the agency at events, meetings, and industry gatherings to generate leads and expand our network
  • Confidently pitch our services, tailoring messaging to each prospect's needs and business objectives
  • Support the sales pipeline from first contact to deal close, constantly hopping on the phone with leads on daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activity, and pipeline status in CRM; identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing new leads based on strategic fit and likelihood to convert
  • Own and actively manage the pipeline from first touch to close, including consistent follow-ups and deal progression
  • Track conversation rates across every outreach channel and tactic; identify what's working, double down on it, and quickly pivot away from what isn't
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine business development strategy, positioning, and outbound messaging
  • Run continuous outreach experiments (messaging, channels, audiences) and iterate based on performance data
  • Surface insights from outreach and conversations to inform broader business strategy and positioning

Requirements:

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach and networking
  • Naturally persuasive with a strong ability to build rapport
