Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part Time Assistant Dietary Manager to join our team. The Assistant Dietary Manager will work closely with the Dietary Manager to oversee the planning, preparation, and serving of meals to residents in our facility. Responsibilities include managing dietary staff, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality meals to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and preparing nutritious meals for residents
  • Supervise dietary staff and provide training and guidance as needed
