Part Time Receptionist Job DescriptionLocation: Sterling Heights - 38200 Schoenherr Rd., Sterling Heights, MI, 48312

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Sterling Heights location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the facility
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and or office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Must be available afternoons amp; weekends.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
