Job description

Role:

Weโ€™re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who shows up, follows through, and delivers an exceptional patient experience every day. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and centered around patient care, teamwork, and growth.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, youโ€™ll be the bridge between patients and their health goals. Youโ€™ll support our doctors in delivering non-invasive, preventative care while providing a WOW experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is not a desk jobโ€”our techs are actively engaged with patients, teaching therapeutic exercises, assisting with care, and creating a welcoming clinic environment.

At Chiro 1st, we believe speed, energy, and excellence matter. As a Chiropractic Assistant, youโ€™ll embody these values by being an effective communicator, a proactive problem solver, and a true teammate. Every day, youโ€™ll help patients feel cared for and supported in their journey to better health.

This is more than just a healthcare roleโ€”itโ€™s an opportunity to grow in a thriving, people-first organization with mentorship, training, and career advancement built in. If youโ€™re driven to excel and want to make a lasting impact, weโ€™re eager to see what you can bring to our team.

What we offer you:
  • Paid technician training during your first 4 weeks (learn everything needed for patient care)
  • Complimentary prep courses and exam reimbursement for obtaining a state-issued x-ray certification (with immediate pay raise upon completion)
  • Medical benefits
  • Sick pay & flexible PTO
  • Holiday pay
  • Internal wellness program
  • Fun, high-energy, team-focused environment

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with patients to learn about their symptoms (Spanish fluency a bonus, not required)
  • Teach patients how to properly perform therapeutic exercises (sometimes side by side)
  • Take digital spinal x-rays once certified (training provided)
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Support the clinicโ€™s doctor and team members in growing the office

Results:
  • Every patient receives a WOW-level experience at each visit
  • Patients comply with their treatment plans
  • Exercises are taught clearly, safely, and effectively
  • Patients dropping of treatment plan are contacted daily
  • Obtain Google Reviews
  • All statistics are entered daily

Requirements:
  • High energy, positive attitude, and love working with people
  • Strong communication skills (in person and by phone)
  • Comfortable being hands-on with patients
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Growth mindset and open to coaching/training
  • No prior healthcare experience requiredโ€”training provided

Location:

In-office role at one of our Chiro 1st clinics in Washington State

  • Initial training will take place at one or more clinic locations. As part of our multi-clinic organization, team members may occasionally provide temporary support at other clinic locations following training.

Days/Hours:

Part-time, 16-20 hours per week

Clinic hours vary by location

Compensation:
  • Hourly wage + pay raise once x-ray certified
  • Benefits as listed above

Chiro 1st Core Values:

We own outcomes whether good or bad.

Team Over Self
