We are seeking a warm, collaborative, and student-centered Part-Time 2nd Grade Co-Teacher to support instruction and classroom learning in partnership with the lead teacher.

Requirements
  • Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging instructional lessons.

  • Use different models of co-teaching to meet the needs of all students.

  • Work with individuals, small groups, and the full class to support student learning and growth.

  • Help create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Build meaningful relationships with students and support their social-emotional development.

  • Observe student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.

  • Assist with classroom organization, routines, and learning materials.

  • Collaborate closely with the lead teacher and grade-level team to support student success.

  • Reinforce classroom expectations and procedures using positive behavior management strategies.

  • Participate in lunch/recess supervision as assigned.

  • Communicate professionally and collaboratively with administrators, colleagues, and families.

  • Pursue ongoing professional learning and growth.
