Intro:

Provides timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and record-keeping to support management decision-making. The Integrated Drivetrain organization offers dynamic opportunities for accounting professionals. This role is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) financial analysis, partnering closely with machine and engine teams, providing tariff impact support, evaluating product costs, and delivering strategic business insights to drive informed decision-making and business performance.

What You Will Do:

• Lead financial support and analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Support tariff analysis and assess financial impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse functions and backgrounds.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
