By following our proven system and meeting our standards, we guarantee that you will net at least $100,000 in your first year. If not, we'll cover the difference.


Net earnings are calculated after standard real estate expenses (including splits, referral fees, brokerage fees, MLS, E&O, and transaction fees).


All activities are meticulously tracked in our CRM. If it's not logged, it doesn't count.
