Pathway Group recruits for several of the most reputable and prestigious manufacturing companies in California today, with many of our clients being innovative leaders within their markets. Pathway Group staffs and recruits, for multiple divisions and positions for clients in the Southern California area.

Job Responsibilities:
• Run a full recruitment process for open requisitions.
• Provide superb customer service to clients and candidates.
• Maintain an organized and productive recruitment desk.
• Clear and consultative communication with client and candidates
• General administrative and office assistance to other team members
• Accurately maintain requisition information and candidate progress.
• Care about your success and the companies.

• Strong Work Ethic.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write emails in a professional and consultative manner.
